BJJ

BJJ stands for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a martial art focused on grappling with the emphasis on ground fighting. The goal is to obtain the dominant position and to make sure your opponent taps out as fast as possible. Our trainer Brendon has a lot of experience within the sport and provides daily training sessions on different levels.
